To ensure I can accommodate all clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service(s). * No-shows will also be charged 75% of the scheduled service(s). * Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment, and the cancellation fee may still apply if the service cannot be completed.
